Present 11:15 in large field beside I 81 exit 240. Best seen from north river
road just east of Harrisonburg sewage plant. Cannot be see from McDonald's due
to hill. Very hard to see in snow . Scope is recommended. There is a patch of
woods on west side of field near i81 off ramp. He was in line w right edge
woods near bottom of small hill in a strip of green grass . I was positioned
near a red brick ranch house on north river road. Juvenile Peregrine flew in
low over field likely saw the Snowy.
