[Va-bird] Red-Headed Woodpeck at Monticello Park, Alexandria

Heard reports from others that the bird had been around earlier in the day
as well. Also reports of Grey Catbird, though we didn't see it ourselves.
Very little otherwise in terms of migrants, best bird beyond the red-headed
was probably a late Winter Wren.
