[Va-bird] Raptors in Burkes Garden, Va.

Golden Eagles, Bald Eagles (other then the nesting residents) and N. Harriers 
are in the Garden. A farmer informed me that the raptors started to arrive last 
week. The Rough-leggeds have not been seen since the last week in November.
