Hi,
I see that there is a eBird hotspot on "Weather Service Road" in Loudoun
County. This is not too far from where I live. I drove by the other day, I
saw a lot of closed gates (NOAA facilities, etc.) and fences. Where do you
park when you visit this place, or do you just drive by?
