I'm signed up for the Brian Patterson pelagic trip from Hatteras, NC for =
July 19 but they are still a few people short of the minimum and will =
decide in a few days. Granted, the hotels are more expensive in high =
season but I'm told that Tropicbirds have reported with unusual =
frequency this summer, along with the other usual suspects. Out of =
