[Va-bird] Northern Shrike -- re-found and confirmed

Hi all,
Posting this on behalf of William Leigh who just called me and he and Cory 
Taylor have re-found the Shrike in the field on the north side of Wolf Ridge Rd 
in Augusta County near the Rockingham County line.  They were able to see the 
barring on the chest, white above the bill, and white above the eye to confirm 
the bird as an adult Northern Shrike.  For anyone attempting to find the bird, 
PLEASE REMEMBER TO STAY ON THE ROAD!
