A stop this morning at Murray's Pond netted 3 Rough-winged Swallows and 4
Wood Ducks, both first of the season for me. The Tundra Swan is back, at least
it
looks like the same one. I haven't seen it for a couple of weeks, would be
interesting to know where it's been. Several other ducks are still present
including Ringnecks, L. Scaup, Bufflehead, Gadwall, and Mallards. Also seen
were
several Tree Swallows, and a Phoebe. A Canada Goose was sitting on a nest.
