I'm pretty sure I saw one just like this in Maryland coming back from
the Renaissance Festival in Crownsville. We were driving west on rt-50,
and there was one all white bird in the middle of a huge flock of crows
who were all roosting on some bare trees. It was evening time, and I
got a decent look at it, but there was no time to stop and photograph
it because we were on the highway. This would have been about a month
ago, before I joined this list.

Thanks to all who responded to my recent post of seeing an AmCrow with
white in its wing feathers. I hadn't noticed the montion of it in
Sibley before several of you pointed it out, and never had the chance
of seeing one prior to Thursday. I was doing some additional research
on the subject online and came across the below web site. It shows
images of the wing of a crow that is similar to the one I saw,
although "mine" had quite a bit more white. It also shows some
interesting pictures of completely white crows observed in Ohio and
New York. Enjoy!
