Birders,
Just wanted to let you know that the weekly bird walk at Mason Neck State
Park (in Fairfax County) this Saturday, Jan. 27, will be one hour earlier
than normal. It's a joint walk with the Northern Virginia Bird Club this
week and instead of 9am, we'll be meeting at 8am.
Also please be aware that the park gates aren't unlocked until 8 as well. So
you may spend a few minutes waiting at the gate before you can head down to
the Visitor Center. Thus actual birding probably won't start until shortly
after 8.
