[va-bird] Marsh Wren and Sora- Kerr Resv CBC

I participated in the Kerr Resv CBC today (12/29) and was given the sector 
comprised almost entirely of Dick Cross (Elm Hill) WMA.  Highlights of my day 
there were a MARSH WREN and a SORA in the marshes at Clyde's Pond. Clyde's Pond 
is reached by parking at the last parking area at the WMA and proceeding on 
foot.
