I've done a little birding around the area the past few days. Baltimore and
Orchard Orioles arrived a few days ago. I have a singing male Yellow Warbler
at my research site, along with Barn Swallows and all of the Bluebird nests
have hatched. I saw my FOS Eastern Kingbird, yesterday. At a local pond there
were Spotted Sandpipers and Lesser Yellowlegs. Also, I am certain I heard
Bobolinks yesterday, but I could not locate them.
A few Baltimore Oriole, Yellow Warbler, Kingbird, and a non-bird visitor
(probably a resident) to my research site photos are posted on Flickr.
