[Va-bird] Leesylvania pipits and lesser black-backed gull

I did some scouting this morning in advance of tomorrow's CBC and found two
noteworthy birds.  Five American pipits were at the beach next to the
pier.  Another pipit was at Bushy Point.  An adult lesser black-backed gull
was on the ice to the west of the trestle on Powell's Creek.
