Leesylvania State Park was fairly alive with birds this morning.
Yellow-rumped Warblers and Goldfinches were ubiquitous. The best moment
occurred when a Starling, at a water-filled depression in the grass between
the boat launch area and the parking lot, was joined by an Eastern Kingbird,
then a Yellow Warbler, then an Orchard Oriole and finally a Palm Warbler
which alighted in a tree above but decided to forgo a drink.
