Just a note to pass along the information that yesterday (Nov. 15) at
3:18 p.m. I looked out my office window and discovered that an Osprey
was lazily soaring and flapping its way south along the west bank of the
Potomac River and then just west of Washington National Airport. Is it
just my imagination or are larger and larger numbers of Ospreys hanging
around later and later almost every year?
