Howdy all,

This morning was rather good until about 10 and then it died. But we did see
a good mix of species. Luckily the wind was calm for the first few hours
before it picked up. We were able to run all nets for the morning rush.
We caught our first ACADIAN FLYCATCHER today. It was highly dominated by
AMERICAN REDSTARTS and VEERYS. We are having a good year here on Veerys. We
also
caught our second WORM-EATING WARBLER of the season as well. They are such
cuties! All in all, a nice day.
Hope tomorrow is nice as well.

Here are the totals for 9/12:
Yellow-bellied Flycatcher          1
Acadian Flycatcher                  1
Traill's Flycatcher                     3
American Redstart                   30

Gray Catbird                               2     first of the season

TOTAL ------------------------------------  80
