Myself and Allen Bryan - representing the Widely Wandering Wrynecks -
participated in our first Kiptopeke Challenge. We had a good day out despite
the constant wind out of the ENE. Our official total was 107 species. We had
4 additional species that were not seen by both one of us. A few missed
species, but the highlights out-weighed those, in particular the hawk flight
that began shortly after dawn with Kestrels, Merlins, and Sharpies leading
the charge.
