[va-bird] Re: Huntley Meadows, Sunday, 2/27/05

To add to that list, we also got great looks at an AMERICAN KESTREL
perching and flying over the marsh closest to the forest line (close to
the board walk).

We too heard the BARRED OWL calling, around 2pm today - great addition for
a chilly afternoon walk!

We hit up the backside of Huntley as well from about 3:30-5pm, but didn't
hear or see any more owls.

Am. Crow
C. Grackle

Heard but not seen:
Barred Owl
Goldfinch

Bird early,  bird often.
