Visitors:
No one got out of the car including me - except for the Eagle. Parkway
closed to the south of Rt. 460 today and there was little traffic.
Weather:
Finally some sun and wind! Wind was gusty and from the NW and NNW at 3 and
4 and the temperature was steady at 2.7 C. Clouds diminished from 20% to
5% and visibility was 5.
Raptor Observations:
The few birds were mostly high and the immature Eagle (12:35) was very high
by the time it went South.
Non-raptor Observations:
Sorry Joyce left.
Predictions:
Less wind, less cold. I predict someone will go up. Unfortunately, not I.
