[Va-bird] Fwd: [eBird Alert] Rare Bird Alert for Virginia <daily>

I've seen a couple of reports of this species at this location in the past
couple of days, I think the first report was from Thursday.

This species is on the Review List for this part of the state.  A VARCOM report
would be much appreciated
