Hello all,
I went to meet Donna Mateski de Sanchez at
Mill Creek Lake this morning at 7:15 to go help
her on her Altas Block. When she arrived there
were 3 Surf Scoters swimming with a male Scaup.
Most likely a Lesser. The Scoters were an adult
male, an adult female and a 1st Spring female. They
were diving a lot. There was a bass tournament going
on at the lake. The boats didn't seem to bother the
Scoters.
I went back at 12:30 and the Scoters were still there.
