This kind of message is usually a scam - an attempt to get recipients to
wire money. Please do not respond. If you know this person, please check
with her to confirm whether or not it is a real message or a scam.
Sometimes the e-mail of people can be hijacked to send messages like this.
It happened to us once and my husband was about to send money. It was a
scam. Our friend was not really traveling at the time.
