With a trip to the Nats game today, I couldn't stray far from home today, so I
did a little neighborhood birding around my house in King George County this
morning. At first it seemed like it would be nothing special, but I persisted
and ended up with two FOY's: Scarlet Tanager (1 female and 2 females) and
Bobolink (1 male). I also got my first King George County Black-and-White
Warbler. Not bad considering I was never more than 100 yards from my house.
Good birding to all!
