Hello Birders,
This morning (5/22) at about 10 am, I had a male DICKCISSEL singing. The
bird was seen well perched on the telephone wire at the roadside. The weedy
field it was associating with is near the intersection of Mt. Olive - Cohoke
Rd (VA 632 I think), and Powhatan Trail (VA 633). It is close to the spot in
the VA Delome called Lanesville (p.59, D6). Also heard BOBOLINK, but did not
see.
