Good afternoon,
I spent some time this morning at Chris Greene Lake.
The park is located on Route 606, off Route 29, about a mile from the
Charlottesville/Albemarle County Airport.

OVC, 48 degrees, calm
I drove around the lake and parked at the swimming area. Birded from the
truck.

Belted Kingfisher (Ceryle alcyon) 1
Red-bellied Woodpecker (Melanerpes carolinus) 1
Eastern Phoebe (Sayornis phoebe) 1
Carolina Wren (Thryothorus ludovicianus) 1
Eastern Bluebird (Sialia sialis) 2
Black-capped Chickadee (Poecile atricapilla) (heard)
Tufted Titmouse (Baeolophus bicolor) 2
American Crow (Corvus brachyrhynchos) ca. 25
Yellow-rumped Warbler (Dendroica coronata) ca.15
Dark-eyed Junco (Junco hyemalis) ca. 10
