I've known this sighting for some time. My understanding is that it is at a
private residence that's why I did not bother. But now I am seeing more
reports.I wonder if the visits were arranged with the home owners, or it is
visible from a public place (such as a tot lot or some such)? If you have

If the home owners do not want strangers to visit, then I won't bother.
