Hello everyone,
While at work today 9-19-07 at the Water Plant in Amherst I counted 1299 BW
Hawks from 3:30 to5:30 PM.
The largest kettle contained 649 Hawks. They kept on flying into the thermal.
It was awesome. I also had 1
Cooper's and Sharp Shinned Hawk, 1adult Bald Eagle and 1 Osprey. I also had 1
Nighthawk. It was great.
When I got home at 6 PM I had 5 Nighthawks fly over my house.
