[Va-bird] Black-crowned Night-Herons?

I was wondering if anyone wanted to disclose a location in Hampton Roads where they have been finding BLACK-CROWNED NIGHT-HERONS, as this is a bird which I have been keeping an eye out for for some time and have never found. Thanks!
