Friday's banding at Occoquan NWR, Prince William County was pretty slow.
The north winds kept
things pretty quiet. We did however get our FOS BALTIMORE ORIOLE, YELLOW
WARBLER, BLACK-AND-
WHITE WARBER. Only 15 new birds were banded.
Suzanne Miller reports that thing picked up today (Sat.). 35 birds were
banded including
the FOS BLACK-THROATED BLUE WARBLER, and PROTHONOTARY WARBLER. We are
hoping for more and
better things on Sunday.
