Greetings,
On Saturday, as my husband and I headed to Raleigh, NC, I was fortunate to
see a beautiful adult Bald Eagle sitting in the top of a tree right next to the
highway. We had just gotten onto Interstate 85 from 95 heading south, when I
looked up and there he was. There just was no safe place to pull over quickly
enough, so unfortunately, my husband who was driving did not get a chance to
see it. The bird's regal presence certainly added a bit of excitement to the
rest of the trip.
