Eleven members of the Augusta Bird Club participated in a field trip to the
Augusta Springs Wetlands and Swoope area grasslands this Saturday morning
(8a.m.-12p.m.).
57 species were recorded. Noteworthy species counted:
Red-headed Woodpecker, Redstarts, Blackburnian, Pine, Magnolia, Black-throated
Green and Northern Parula.
Red-eyed and Yellow-throated Vireo.
Northern Harrier, Red-shouldered Hawk
Common Nighthawk
