Hello all,
I checked all 3 Amherst lakes after work at
3:30 and didn't see the Pelicans. They were a
one day wonder. There were 4 Common Loons
in breeding plumage at Mill Creek Lake. I also
saw an adult Bald Eagle fly down and catch a
fish which was a 1st for me at the lakes. I checked
the Eagle's nest and an adult was moving around
in the nest. Maybe feeding young.
