Hello, all. This morning I had 6 purple finches in my, which is more than I
have ever had before. This winter it started with a pair, and then more
came this morning, with twice as many males as females. I wondered if these
could be northbound migrants, rather than winter residents, and perhaps
they just congregated in my yard for a food stopover. Any thoughts?
