[v-webmail] Max Atattchment Size

Hallo everybody!
I'm wondering, if anyone got an answer to my question.
Does anyone know how to change the maximum attachment size for mails.
It's currently
limited to 2MB, but the "help-file" says the the system administrator is
able to change that value.
I've searched the php-files in the dirs, but couldn't find an entry
which changes the default value.
In my php.ini file the value for post_max_size = 20M and
upload_max_filesize = 20M too.
I need help! Really! I'am havin this problem now for 3 Months and
nobody could help me. Is it working with all other v-webmail but mine?
