[v-webmail] Error Messages

Hi,
I keep getting the following error messages when I try to start V-Webmail
for the first time. I use the latest release.
Warning: Failed opening '/includes/prepend.php' for inclusion
(include_path='') in /config.php on line 50
Fatal error: Undefined class name 'auth' in
/ozwest/public_html/v-webmail-1.5.0/htdocs/index.php on line 15
Can anybody point me in the right direction?
