about it. Considering that Biden had a lot of responsibilities during the
Obama administration, this is an ongoing situation. As Bush 2 said, when asked
about it, "I am the decider."The job is too big for anyone who takes it
seriously to do alone and, in order for the VP to be ready to step in when a
crisis occurs, they practically have to be joined at the hip. Things happen
much more quickly than they did in 1963 or 1974. I suspect, though, that at
least for the foreseeable future, Biden is the decider.And yes, the White House
web site does refer to it as the "Biden--Harris" administration. Of course,
