As I have said on more than one occasion, one of the issues behind the
unemployment issues we are facing is that many of these employers do not pay a
living wage. There is no question that the high payment level of unemployment
insurance is a factor but who can blame people for refusing to work for
starvation wages. Fear of infection certainly may be a factor. I also note
that both the New York Post and the Wall Street Journal are owned by Murdoch,
as is Faux "News." Eric
