Subject: ERIC legislation
There is important legislation before the state government and it is important
that we call our elected representatives in support. Senate Bill S 4603
and Assembly Bill A 5422 calls for the expansion of the EPIC program. People
under 65 who are already on medicare will be able to apply, makes it easier
to apply, and improves income limits. This is legislation StateWide wrote.
We should all remember the EPIC program was created by StateWide's advocacy's
efforts. I would like you to call your State Senators and Assembly persons
within the next few days and ask them to support the legislation and to
COSPONSOR the legislation.
