Personally, I oppose changing the size of the court or putting a maximum age on 
judges.  There is no question that the Court is currently lopsidedly 
"Conservative" at present.  Many of its decisions appear to be unjust and will 
continue to be so as long as their current makeup lasts.  I have no doubt that 
there will be a bumper crop of cases challenging these decisions when the 
makeup of the court swings liberal.
I do not believe changing the number of justices is a good idea because it will 
create a modern precedent for altering the court every time public opinion 
changes.  Let us persevere and survive the current makeup.  Things will change 
and Republicans will lose power.  Then, Democrats will.  These things are 
cyclic.
