[uupretirees] A radical question

I just read a news report on the people who have had a clotting response to the 
J&J vaccine.  The side effect seems to affect only females under 50.  What is 
the actual incidence in this subgroup?  Unfortunately, it will certainly be 
higher than the population at large.  How much higher?  If these people were 
restricted from receiving this specific medication, and everyone else is 
problem free should it be considered safe for the remainder of the currently 
unvaccinated population?  Eric
