Admiral Sara Kaelyre
The reports all said the same thing. The Banshee was missing. They'd sent four
different ships and each one of them sent back the same damn reports. The
Banshee was gone, the wormhole was gone, and they had no way of knowing where
the ship and her crew had gone. Sighing and holding back tears, Admiral Sara
Kaelyre pulled her computer towards her and started looking up some
information. Then she tapped her comm.
"Ensign Lee please come in here a moment."
A young Asian woman walked into the room with a padd in her hand and quickly
stood in front of the Admiral's desk.
"I'll be sending a letter to the families of the crew of the Banshee but there
are a few I'd rather speak with in person." Sara managed without her voice
cracking. Aeriannah. Tapping out a list of names as she spoke Sara's heart was
breaking. "Commodore Patrick McEnitre, Captain Sussanna McEntire, Admiral
Johnathan Hale and his wife, Commander Melanie Redgrave, Captain Li Vilya and
her husband, Pila Maluhia, Talibah Swiftwind S'Ghaladriel, Captain Annabelle
Garrity, and someone for the Watersons."
Ensign Lee nodded. "When would you like to meet with them, Ma'am?"
"Tomorrow afternoon." Sara replied. "I need to go home and tell my wife what's
happened, and then I can tell the others."
Ensign Lee nodded. "Aye Admiral." After stepping out of the Admiral's office
Ensign Lee went right to her desk and sent out the notices.
