:ON: Jada left the conference room with a lot on her mind. It seemed like she had a lot of work on her hands. The new first officer, Erei'riov Ronov, and the Chief Medical Officer did not seem to get along very well. She was going to have to do a little research into this and then probably talk to them. Of course, Jada had the feeling that gaining an audience with the Erei'riov would be extremely difficult. He appeared to be like most of the Rihannsu on board, and a little distrustful of talking about their feelings to a counselor, let alone a human counselor. She did understand their hesitance. How could she truly understand what they were thinking or how they should be feeling. Most of the information she had gotten about the Rihannsu in general had come from a much less formal setting. She had very good ears when she wanted to, and knew the right questions to ask in a group setting that wouldn't make people think that she was acting as a counselor. But one was never really off the clock. The counselor figured she would talk to Noah first. She had known him for quite a while, and he was definitely much more willing to express his opinions and feelings on the matter. At least, much more willing than any of the Rihannsu. He had his stubborn side as well. One she intended to get around. It wouldn't do well on a mission like this one, to have two senior officers at such odds with each other. The situation was going to have to be resolved. :OFF: Lt Jada Damaris Counselor USS Athena
