Kathryn sat in her office going over the mission plan she had just
made. She wished she knew the abilities of the Romulans that were
going with her. It seemed pointless to ask Takaram for an idea,
because he'd just give the same BS about how they were all superior,
yadda yadda yadda. Railinton didn't need that right now. The plan
seemed good, but she was sure that Takaram would say that it was barely
adequate at best. No matter how good of a plan it was. She was a
fleeter, and that meant she wasn't capable, at least in his eyes.
Kathryn shook her head. There was a time and a place for fuming
about this. This was not the time, and probably not the place. She
would be leading a mission and she needed to be in a good frame of mind
for that.
Looking at the chrono, Kathryn realized that she needed to head to
the shuttle bay to meet the Romulan pilots that she would be leading.
Hopefully they would have a better attitude then Takaram. But she
didn't hold out any hope of that.
