Welcome Amy! Glad to have you in the group. Congratulations on passing those
courses.
There are plenty of people who will be glad to play you. Now that you’ve passed
the courses, playing lots of games will cement what you’ve learned, and give
you plenty of enjoyment into the bargain.
Hope you’ll sign up for a tournament or two as they come along, but in the
meantime, you won’t have any trouble finding opponents to play friendly games
with.
Evan

Subject: [usbca_chess] Welcome Our Newest Hadley Grad, Amy Bishop!
Hi All,
Yep, we have a new member! Amy Bishop recently completed both Hadley courses.
In fact, she took them for high school credit. In case Outlook hid her address
under her name or something, her email is:
aimeibee@xxxxxxxxx
Amy, the names on the list are:
Al Pietrolungo: President of the US Braille Chess Association;
Jim Homme, Secretary;
Alan Schlank, Treasurer;
Chris Chaffin, Tournament director;
Curtis Cockayne, Assistant TD.
Chris runs the Correspondence (email) tournaments, and Curtis runs the realtime
(skype) tournaments.
As I mentioned, Amy, once you get subscribed to the List, you’re welcome to
send out an invitation for a friendly game any time you want to.
All the best,
Jim T
