tournament on skype.
The Title of the tournament is My chess friends
"MCF".
Enjoyment, thrill , fruitful practice, novelty, and golden
opportunity to play with the sighted counterparts. is guaranted.
The purpose of this tournament is to select 4 top player's and form a
team, that team will play with the sighted rated players team.
The participation is open from the date of mail circulation to 15 august-2020.
The players are advised to send their names on my email-id.

The tentative date of the tournament is 17 august-2020.
to complete the each round 15 days will be given.
Features and rules for this particular tournament:
1. There will be 7 Rounds, duration of the match will be 60 minutes each.
2. Tournament will be conducted on skype platform with the help of the
timekeeper.
3. Players are requested to attend the platform 15 minutes before the schedule.
4. Black and white will be decided by the toss.
5. Timekeepers are advised to conduct the toss sation before the match
with the help of a coin or any other method in which timekeeper is
comfortable.
6. Player will not be entertained 30 minutes late after the schedule
dtime unless and untill timekeeper is satisfied with the cause of
delayed otherwise forfeit will be given.
7. score sheet should contain the name of the timekeeper and winner
of the toss.
8. First 4 player's team will be formed and that team will play with
the sighted rated players.

TK 2(maximum 8), but this tk points will be not counted for top four
players, if there will be any tie then again those players will play
rapit games.
General rules for the skype tournament
1. Our chess tournaments are free and open to everyone. They are played on
Skype. Therefore participants must have a Skype account and a microphone, or
even better, a headset, or use a smartphone.
2. I don't like to talk about forfeits, so I hope none will be
warranted. If a player does not make a
sincere attempt to schedule a game before the deadline for each round. If
the player contacts me either by email, on Skype, or by calling me on my
mobile phone and gives me a reason for the delay, I will do my best to
arrange for the game to be played later.

3. Anyone who receives two forfeits in a tournament will be removed from the
tournament but not from Skype_Chess.
4. All tournament games will be played on Skype. So, if you have not yet
installed Skype, now is the time. There will be a conference call for the
two players, the timekeeper, and any persons wishing to observe the
game.. Moves are to be
announced in English, using, if possible, the international alphabet Alpha,
Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot, Golf, and Hotel.
Player those who are not comfortable with English they are requested
to arrange their own translator
to arrange the games make use of addresses of each player which will
be mailed after each round pairing.
5. Once a legal move is clearly announced and copied by the opponent,
it is official and cannot be changed.
All moves in a tournament game will be made by using a chess set or your
mind. Some of our members do play chess in their head. No computer program,
such as WinBoard, may be used as a chess board, if such player been
coght cheating he or she will be panished.
6. preferably all tournament games will be played if there is a timekeeper
present.
however if TK is not available, and one of the player is keeping time,
in this case, both players must keep the score,
this may help in case of dispute.
In case the timekeeper is not availlable, I or somebody asigned by me
will have a toss and The game will be continued with the self time
keeping.
7. No player will be penalized for postponing a scheduled tournament game.
There may be a personal reason for the player.
8. No player will be penalized for not keeping a move log during a
tournament game, if is TK is available.
The move log of the timekeeper is official, and is
required. It is optional whether or not the players want to keep track of
their moves.
however if no TK is available both must keep the score.
9. During a tournament game, the timekeeper is the assistant tournament
director, and the timekeeper's decision in settling any misunderstandings
during the game is final, unless the players wish to bring the problem to
the tournament director after the game. The time keeper is also there to
keep track of each player's elapsed time, record each move in the log as it
is played, monitor the game by making the moves on the timekeeper's chess
board, and alert players of any illegal moves.
10. The tournament will end on the date and at the time
determined by the tournament director at the beginning of tournament. The
outcome of any games that have not been started by that deadline will be
decided by the tournament director.
