Hello Everyone,
I will suggest to the US Chess Executive Board that the give you our
Guidelines for the Treatment of Players with disabilities. There's a
resource and Organizer's Tool Kit that goes along with it that may be
helpful to you and members of your organization.
My Committee and I are also looking for suggestions on how to make
over-the-board play more accessible, safe, comfortable and fair for Blind
players when playing against the sighted.
