Hi just wondering is this happening tomorrow? Or are we going to aim for the
20th?

Cheers

Subject: [uniting_music] First songwriter night

OK folks,

March 6 and March 20 are equally popular choices for our first songwriter
night.  I think the sooner the better?

Assuming six songwriters, I think we could aim at 2-3 song each.  Format for
the night - introduction, three songwriters, intermission, three songwriters,
debrief.

If we get extra participants in addition to those who responded to Doodle, we'd
need to keep it tight at 2 songs each.

I'm picturing this first event as tiny - bring a few friends if you like, but
it's mostly about songwriters in this Presbytery getting to know each other.
Anyone on this list welcome - and feel free to invite people you think it would
be relevant for.

VENUE - At the moment we have offers from Annandale Creative Arts Centre and
Lugar Brae to host the first event.  Ryan or Helen, do you want to toss a coin?
I'm hoping that this will be the first of a series of events.

Regards,

Glen Powell
