[unicorn-engine] Unicorn Emulator 1.0-RC2 is out!

hi,

we are very glad to announce the Release Candidate 2 of version 1.0 for
Unicorn CPU Emulator!

the source code & Windows precompiled binaries are now available at
https://github.com/unicorn-engine/unicorn/releases/tag/1.0-rc2

the plan is to release v1.0 after some more tests. if you find any issues,
please report.

important changes since v1.0-rc1 include:

- Remove glib & pkconfig dependency.
- Python: fix an issue to restore support for FreeBSD (and other *BSD Unix).
- ARM: support MCLASS cpu (Cortex-M3).
- Windows: export a static lib that can be used outside of Mingw
