Regarding overwintering Tundra Swans, all I can recall is that occasionally
there will be a couple birds that move from one pond or reservoir to
another and so are only sporadically seen in a winter, but even that is not
an annual thing. Some others may recall some other overwintering events.

I tried to re-find Jim's Swans at Plat I and Cooper Creek without luck.
Have Tundra Swans ever overwintered in the Umpqua Valley or do they move
through this time of year?
There is one Greater Yellowlegs at Plat I still hanging on.
