Courtney Kelly Jett, Caleb Centanni and I drove down Sparrow Park Rd to the 
beach just north of Reedsport and saw a PARASITIC JAEGER on the beach that 
flushed and then headed out to sea to harass some COMMON TERNS that were 
migrating by.  Also say my first HERRING GULLS of the year today.
