Roland. The Neighborhood Watch is a great idea. However, unless they have
changed the rules, they need something like 80% of the residents including
apartment dwellers to sign on. That?s why it fell through before. We should
check with Lisa though.

And again, for those who may have heard me talk about it lastnight, I would
be interested in exploring whether or not a "Neighborhood Watch Program"
might be a good fit for us. It may appeal for no other reason other than to
let people know we have something like that in place. Sort of like those
"ADT" signs some people have ;)
